Deam Wilderness

Patton Cave, June 2020, Digital image | Patton Cave begins at a small opening on Frog Pond Ridge, has eroded its way through the bedrock over the ages, and emerges on a hillside some 60 feet above a creek in the Deam Wilderness. The cave’s walls are lined with geodes, not stalagmites and stalactites.
