The 4th Street Festival of the Arts and Crafts returns to Bloomington on Labor Day weekend. The number of booths will be reduced to 80 from the pre-pandemic 125 (pictured), but for many of the artists, this will be the first show they’ve been able to do in 18 months. Many say they are looking forward to meeting with patrons and other artists in person again.
